We are aware that the question of sustainability still poses major challenges for the fashion industry. Driven by our desire to be a bit better every day, we have opened the P&C* Conscious Fashion Store as a major next step on our sustainability journey. We want to use this store to create an awareness of more sustainable fashion and have a positive impact on the sector, in collaboration with our suppliers, customers and our current and future partners.
Under our We Care Together initiative, we are creating space to test out and firm up new approaches for more sustainable fashion and more conscious consumption. In an open dialogue with partners and customers, we are constructing a platform for a wide range of speakers, events and services so we can address the topic of sustainability in the fashion industry from a holistic perspective.
Our journey towards a more sustainable future is also reflected in the P&C* Conscious Fashion Store, with architecture and interiors that align with the vision of our sustainability journey. The architecture of the store on Potsdamer Platz has been stripped back to the bare essentials. From doing away with unnecessary cladding through to minimalistic furniture that can be used in all kinds of ways, we have only built things that really need to be built.
We love fashion. And our P&C* Conscious Fashion Store celebrates this love and our love of creating shared memories – without losing sight of our sustainability journey’s goal. Alongside our more sustainable private label Jake*s Studio, we are forging ahead towards a sustainable future with lots of other brands and partners and approaches like the second-hand concept – filling the P&C* Conscious Fashion Store with life, inspiration and more sustainable fashion.
We do not want to be set off on our journey towards a more sustainable future on our own. That is why we are hosting regular events at the P&C* Conscious Fashion Store. In turn, we are not just engaging in dialogue with each other: instead, we are building a platform that offers space for innovative approaches to sustainability within the fashion industry. The studio at our P&C* Conscious Fashion Store also stands for innovation and creativity, offering services such as repairs, alterations and customisations.
